RewardPay is important to us because I need a simple way to manage payments and make sure we’re paying people on time, but I just don’t want it to take up a lot of my time.

So far, the service has been fantastic. It’s simple to use, I love the portal, and what gives me comfort is that it still gives us the security we need as a business making payments online.

Reward points can be quite powerful. We do quite a bit of travel to the US, so the points have actually allowed us to fully fund some of those trips.

Not many of our suppliers would accept American Express. RewardPay just removes that barrier, so we’ve been able to maximise our points. What we’re finding now is that we’re actually able to use those points two or three times a year, just because of how quickly they’re accumulating.

From my perspective, we love it. It’s something we use every week. Usually, when you pay creditors, you don’t really get any benefit at all. So to get something back, for me, that makes me feel good about expensing.
