Yes. RewardPay NZ supports payroll payments via Pay-by-Bank. Amex processing rules do not allow payroll funded by a Amex card. To pay employees, add them as payroll-type payees (via the Payees menu > Add Payroll), create draft payments, then authorise using Pay-by-Bank.
Yes. Payroll payments made via Pay-by-Bank are eligible to earn rewards with one or more of our loyalty partners. Simply link your preferred loyalty accounts in your RewardPay portal and select your earn tier at checkout (additional fees apply). Note that payroll cannot be paid via Amex, so Membership Rewards points do not apply to payroll payments.
Yes. To upload a bulk payroll file, go to New Payment, select Payroll, then select CSV file. Download the template first to ensure your file matches the required format before uploading. Please note that all employees must be enrolled as payees in your RewardPay account before uploading – any unrecognised payees will cause the file to be rejected. Contact support@rewardpay.co.nz if you need help with bulk uploads.
