To get started, link your Air New Zealand Airpoints Member account in your RewardPay portal. Once linked, you can opt in to earn Airpoints at checkout by selecting your preferred earn tier. Available tiers: 1 Airpoint per $200 (0.60% + GST), 1 Airpoint per $100 (1.15% + GST), 1 Airpoint per $50 (2.30% + GST), 1 Airpoint per $25 (4.55% + GST). An additional fee applies per tier, shown before you confirm.

Airpoints earned via RewardPay are allocated to your linked Airpoints Member account 5 business days after your payment has been distributed to your supplier. We recommend checking your Airpoints account directly, and your business account where applicable, to confirm receipt. If you have not received your points after this timeframe, please contact support@rewardpay.co.nz with your payment reference number.

RewardPay supports payments to any New Zealand business with an active NZBN – including suppliers, the IRD, KiwiSaver, rent, contractors, marketing, utilities, equipment, accounting and tax pooling. Payroll payments are also supported via Pay-by-Bank. Some restrictions apply – see the RewardPay Terms and Conditions for full details.

In order to earn Airpoints in relation to a Qualifying Payment:
a. You must be an Koru Member.
b. You must link your Koru Member account to your User Account.
c. You must provide all information from time to time requested by RewardPay including without limitation Your Koru number and the full name associated with Your Koru account.

You may choose to earn Airpoints at the time You make a Qualifying Payment by selecting the desired option on the “pay and complete” screen. You may choose to earn Airpoints:
a. At the rate of 1 Airpoint per $200, the applicable Fee for which is 0.60% plus GST (credit card only);
b. At the rate of 1 Airpoint per $100, the applicable Fee for which is 1.15% plus GST (credit card only);
c. At the rate of 1 Airpoint per $50, the applicable Fee for which is 2.30% plus GST; or
d. At the rate of 1 Airpoint per $25, the applicable Fee for which is 4.55% plus GST,
which Fee may be changed, and will be charged, in accordance with clause 10 of the Agreement and, for the avoidance of doubt, such Fee will comprise and form part of RewardPay’s Fees for the Qualifying Payment under the Agreement.
RewardPay understands, but cannot guarantee, that Airpoints will be credited by Koru to Your Koru account in accordance with Koru’s terms and conditions. Such provision of Airpoints by Koru is subject to the receipt by Koru of complete and accurate data from RewardPay in relation to each Qualifying Payment. RewardPay anticipates but does not guarantee that information regarding Airpoints to be credited to your Koru account will be sent by RewardPay to Koru within 5 working days after the date of the relevant Qualifying Payment.
Notwithstanding anything else in the Agreement, Fees charged for Airpoints in accordance with this Schedule are non-refundable, are deemed to be an obligation owed by You to RewardPay for the purposes of clause 6(o) of the Agreement, and You agree that RewardPay shall have all rights to deduct, withhold and offset in respect of such Fees pursuant to and as contemplated by clause 6(o) of the Agreement.
This schedule is subject to change at any time and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications or complete withdrawal of the schedule in part or in full.
