Loyalty points are typically allocated to your linked rewards account 5 business days after your payment has been distributed to your supplier. Timeframes may vary slightly by partner, so we recommend checking your loyalty program account directly, and your business account where applicable, to confirm. If you have not seen your points after this timeframe, please contact support@rewardpay.co.nz with your payment reference number and we will look into it for you.
To start earning with a loyalty partner, log in to your RewardPay portal and either scroll down on the homepage or navigate to the Rewards section. Select your preferred program and follow the prompts to link your account. Once linked, you can opt in to earn points at checkout by selecting your preferred earn tier when creating a payment. Additional fees apply per earn tier and are shown before you confirm.
