RewardPay NZ currently only supports payments to New Zealand bank accounts. International payments to overseas suppliers are not supported at this time.

No. RewardPay NZ only accepts Pay-by-Bank transfers from New Zealand bank accounts. Payments received from an overseas bank account will be refunded, less any costs or fees incurred including any foreign exchange or transfer charges. For card payments, you must use a New Zealand-issued Amex credit card.

Yes, but you need to make prior arrangements before you travel. RewardPay uses SMS verification codes to authorise payments, and these may not arrive on an overseas number by default. Contact support@rewardpay.co.nz from your registered email address before you depart to arrange overseas SMS access. Alternatively, authorise any scheduled payments before you leave by scheduling future payments in the portal.
